1. 程明亮的研究项目

“病毒性肝炎的防治研究”，系贵州省“九五”攻关项目，1998年获贵州省科技进步二等奖；“丙型肝炎病毒基因型及其变异株研究”，2002年获贵州省科技进步二等奖；“肝纤维化发生机制及防治对策与干预研究”，系贵州省跨世纪人才工程专向资金项目，2003年获贵州省科技进步二等奖。抗砷中毒肝纤维化复方中药制剂的基础及其临床研究，贵州省省长基金资助；肝纤维化新药丹芍化纤胶囊的分子药理学研究，贵州省高层次人才特助专向经费资助；丹芍化纤胶囊治疗纤维化病的分子机制研究，贵州省优秀科技教育人才省长资金资助； 汉丹肝乐胶囊的临床前实验研究， 横向课题；燃煤型砷中毒肝纤维化的防治研究，贵州省国际合作重点项目计划。自1997年—2004年指导研究生一直从事病毒性肝炎肝纤维化方面的研究，指导硕士研究生19人，其中已有10人获得硕士学位；指导博士生2人，主要从事内科学（传染病）及病毒性肝炎肝纤维化发病机制的细胞信号传导研究。
