重点开展各种极端(高温、低温、高盐碱)环境或特殊环境(植物内生或海洋)下的原核微生物(重点是放线菌)资源的收集、保育及生态学、系统分类学等方面的基础研究,以及服务我国微生物药物前期开发(微生物菌株选育、活性筛选、代谢产物化学)及工业用酶菌株筛选等应用基础研究。

2. 李文均的主要科研成果

李文均教授长期围绕微生物资源与生态学方向,主要从事放线菌的系统分类、资源利用与生态学研究,创新性成果包括:(1)建立了针对多种特殊生境放线菌的分离方法,对我国西部地区放线菌资源进行系统分离并保存了5万余株放线菌;(2)先后发现、建立并生效发表了细菌、放线菌新目4个,新科10个,新属30余个,新种300余个,显著提高了我国在该领域的国际地位;(3)与科研院所、企业广泛合作,资源共享,推动了特殊生境放线菌资源的活性筛选和次生代谢产物、酶学等研究;(4)对原核微生物莽草酸通路起源和分子进化、极端环境微生物生态适应性机制进行了深入研究并取得积极进展 先后承担了包括国家科技部“973”子课题,973前期,国家科技部国际合作重点项目,国家自然科学基金等在内的20余项国家级或省级课题的研究,现在研主持1项科技部国际合作专项,1项国家自然科学基金面上项目,1 项省重点项目及部分横向合作课题。已在国内外刊物上发表学术论文450余篇(其中SCI源刊论文350余篇),专著3部,受邀撰写新版伯杰氏系统细菌学手册(Bergey’s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology)6章,新版原核微生物(The Prokaryotes)2章,申请专利19件。另外,他还先后荣获云南省自然科学一等奖(2次,分别排名第一和第三)、教育部自然科学二等奖(排名第一)、云南省自然科学三等奖(排名第三)、云南省青年科技奖、云南大学伍达观优秀教师奖、云南省十大杰出青年提名奖、“云南省青年五四奖章” 提名奖、云南省突出贡献专业技术人才等20余项奖励 。

4. 李文权的科研经历

多年来,李文权教授一直致力于(2)区域交通规划与管理、(3)道路交通流理论与通行能力、(先后参加完成国家(八五)重点科技攻关项目(85-402-02-01)“高速铁路运输新技术研究”、国家(九五)重点科技攻关项目(96-412-02-01)“国道主干线道路通行能力研究”、国家(十五)重点科技攻关项目(2002BA404A04)“城市公共交通系统优化技术”等项目研究。负责完成国家自然科学基金项目(50078015)“道路运输网混合交通流通行能力的分析方法”及国家博士后基金项目“公路运输网络中交叉口与路段通行能力的协调(1998第24批)”和交通部、辽宁省、河北省、河南省、青海省等主管部门及浙江省温岭市、江苏省昆山市、山西省晋城市等地方政府委托的科研项目。目前正从事国家自然基金项目(50478071)“道路互通立交系统通行能力分析方法”、国家(十一五)科技支撑项目(2006BAJ18B03)“城市道路通行能力与交通系统评价方法”项目及江苏省张家港市、山西省长治市等地方政府委托的科研项目研究。

李文老师在上海财经大学获经济学学士学位;先后在山东大学获得经济学硕士和博士学位,先后承担课题多项的国家级、省级课题:中国博士后基金项目“税制改革中的国际竞争力原则:定位与影响”;省软科学课题“促进产业竞争力提高的税收政策研究:从自主创新激励视角”;省社科规划课题“区域间地方财政收入比较研究—兼论山东省地方财政收入提高途径”;省自然科学基金课题“税收政策与产业结构转变研究”等。在CSSCI期刊及相关中文核心期刊发表论文近30篇.“个人所得税改革:国际趋势及成因”、“鼓励我国生产性服务业发展的税收政策研究”、“信息不对称在税收征管中的效应研究”。 “学习能力不只代表着在学习方面的付出与收获,更可以代表一个人对待工作的态度。一个学习优秀的人,在工作中也会继续发扬在学习上的那份肯干,把自己的工作做到更好。”同时,她说,“大学生活离不开社团与学生活动,积极参与其中可以很好地锻炼能力,但是还是应该围绕学习这条主线,把专业课学好,不能偏离太多。”
