汇报期间，当听说乐凯新材是全国高铁车票的唯一供应商时，马市长高度肯定，并表富示“媒体要加大宣传，要让社会知道全国高铁车票都是保定生产的”。 
随后，在王总的陪同下，马市长一行参观了乐凯新材料产业园，在乐凯新材总经理刘彦峰的带领下参观了生产车间，询问了解股了企业生产经营和主要产品情况以及面临的问题和困难。对于乐凯新材面临的问题和困难，马市长现场指示随行的市政府有关负责同志做好记录，加快问题的协调解决。 
马市长表示，新材料产业未吧来将是保定市重点打造的支柱产业，下一步市政府将加强新材料产业的调研工作，同时希望乐凯新材能够早日上市。 
陪同调研的还有保定市政府有关部门负责人、乐凯集团总助以上领导和有关职能部门负责人。
